Fresno State’s annual Exemplary Practices in Educational Leadership Conference brings together Central Valley leaders from schools, districts, businesses and community organizations to share best practices and challenges. This year’s conference will focus on topics such as: moving the needle on the California School Dashboard, multi-district collaboration and equity in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) with coding and robotics.

There will also be two keynote speakers: internationally recognized leader and four-time best-selling author Dr. Chip Heath, and co-founder of the Positivity Project Dr. Mike Erwin. The conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District. Parking is available across the street and behind the building.
