The Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning is teaming up with the Central California Blood Center to host another Fresno State blood drive. The theme of this drive is “give blood, cultivate life.” Giveaways will include plant-themed stickers, wildflower seeds and more. The Richter Center is collaborating with Fresno State’s Off-Campus Student Life program for its commuter lunchtime on April 10 in the Memorial Gardens.
The on-campus blood drive will take place on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, April 9:
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Ruiz room in the Resnick Student Union.
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Memorial Gardens by the Kennel Bookstore.
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Lot P24 (near the North Gym).
Wednesday, April 10:
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Ruiz room in the Resnick Student Union.
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Memorial Gardens by the Kennel Bookstore.
- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Lot P24 (near the North Gym).
Thursday, April 11:
- 10 a.m to 4 p.m. at the Resnick Student Union (Room 207).
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Memorial Gardens by the Kennel Bookstore.
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lot P31 (near the Resnick Student Union).
Donors must be 17 years or older, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good general health. Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy meal prior to donation. All donors need photo identification and a Social Security number.
