Dr. James Russell, professor of Armenian Studies at Harvard University and Jewish Studies at Fresno State, will speak about the history and themes of “Jewish Magic and Superstition,” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, in the Henry Madden Library (Room 2206).

Russell has works published widely in the fields of Armenian Studies and Jewish Studies and currently teaches “Jewish Studies 10: Jewish Civilization and Hebrew” at Fresno State.
