The 2006-07 season of the University Theatre at California State University, Fresno begins Oct. 6 with “Some Americans Abroad,” written by Richard Nelson and directed by Fresno State professor Terry Miller. It also runs Oct. 6-8 and 10-14 in the John Wright Theatre.

Also next season are:

“The Intimate Apparel” by Lynn Nottage, directed by professor Thomas Ellis, which will run Nov. 3-5 and 7-11 in the Arena Theatre.

“The Laramie Project,” written by Moises Kaufman and the Members of the Tectonic Theater Project and directed by professor Brad Myers,t will be staged Dec. 8-10 and 12-16 in the John Wright Theatre

“The Little Foxes” by Lillian Hellman is directed by Kathleen McKinley, professor and Theatre Arts Department chair. It will run March 2-4 and 6-10 in the John Wright Theatre.

“Portable Dance Troupe,” directed by professor Ruth Griffin and assistant Kenneth Balint, will perform March 23-25 and 27-31 in the Arena Theatre.

Shakespeare’s “Macbeth,” directed by professor Edward EmanuEl, will run May 4-6 and 8-12 in the John Wright Theatre.
