University is part of community revitalization partnership
Fresno State is one of the community and government-entity partners in a federally funded Building Neighborhood Capacity Program that will include the El Dorado Park area west of the campus and near where many students live. University faculty, students and administers have been active in the El Dorado Park area for many years and in the past academic year, contributed volunteer service to cleanups, a playground building project, distributing food and other activities.
