The Henry Madden Library at Fresno State is offering a workshop on how to use the foundation center’s comprehensive online resource to identify possible funders for non-profit projects at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 21 in the Madden Library, Room 2134 Studio 2. Librarian Allison Cowgill will demonstrate how to create effective strategies for the “Search Grantmakers” function. She will also cover how to find information on companies and grant recipients. There will be a brief presentation on the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance and Grants.gov, two important sources on grants from the U.S. government.
