The Cross Cultural Festival at Fresno State from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17 on the University Student Union balcony will feature music and food with members of the United Sorority and Fraternity Council greeting students. The council is made up of multicultural and Latino chapters and the event is part of the university’s Cross Cultural Celebration Week and Hispanic Heritage Month.
