The California Latino Leadership Education Summit, an interactive forum addressing educational success and equity for all students in the Central San Joaquin Valley, will be Oct. 29 and 30 at Fresno State.

Presented by Fresno State and the California Latino Leadership Network, the event will feature keynote speaker Jonathan Kozol, author and public education advocate, and Juan Felipe Herrera, United States Poet Laureate. Latino leaders from throughout the nation will convene for the two-day summit in the Satellite Student Union (Thursday night’s event will be in the Madden Library).
