Fresno State Associated Students Inc. (ASI) kicked off its eighth annual Caroling for Cans food drive Nov.  30 that will culminate from 10 a.m.-noon Thursday, Dec. 10, when student volunteers visit campus offices to sing carols and collect donated items from faculty and staff. The student leaders are collecting nonperishable food and hygiene items for the Fresno State Student Cupboard to combat food insecurity over the holiday season. The Student Cupboard serves nearly 4,000 visitors a month. Donation pick-ups can also be arranged for the week of December 7-11. Additionally, items can be dropped off at the Starbucks inside the Henry Madden Library, the first floor of the University Student Union and inside the University Police Department.
