Grammy award-winner Steven Curtis Chapman, the most awarded artist in Christian music history and a social activist who supports adoption causes, headlines the Rock & Worship Roadshow scheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at the Save Mart Center at Fresno State.

The return performance will cost $10 at the door, but VIP tickets can be purchased in advance at www.theroadshowtour.com starting at $50.

Chapman will be joined by fellow Christian music artist Francesca Battistelli, Rend Collective, Passion, Family Force 5, Jordan Feliz, Urban Rescue and Derek Minor as well as comedian Tony Wolf and author Carlos Whittaker. The Rock & Warship Roadshow kicks off in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, in February and makes 23 stops across the United States.

Wolf will be the guest speaker and Whittaker will serve as the tour’s host.

The roadshow is sponsored by Compassion International, a Christian child development organization that works with over 7,000 churches in 26 different countries to deliver programs to more than 1.9 million babies, children and young adults.

Chapman, winner of five Grammy awards and 58 Gospel Music Association Dove Awards with over 11 million albums sold, founded Show Hope in 2003 with his wife to combat the global orphan crisis.

Show Hope provides adoption information, support care centers and pre- and post-adoption support. In 2009, the project completed construction on Maria’s Big House of Hope, a medical center in China that cares for orphans with special needs. It was created to honor Chapman’s daughter Maria after her passing in 2008.

The full line-up of musicians can found at https://theroadshowtour.com/#artists.

“We are so excited to be able to bring the ninth installment of the Rock & Worship Roadshow to so many great cities around the country,” said Brian Seay, director of Compassion Productions and executive producer of the tour. “There is something for everyone, and each night of the tour promises to be an evening of amazing music and ministry.”

The VIP tickets will be available in two levels: the VIP Experience and the VIP Plus Experience. Each VIP Experience ticket is $50, giving ticketholders early entrance for premium seating, pre-show artist appearances hosted by Whittaker, an exclusive VIP T-shirt, a souvenir bag and a tour laminate. The VIP Plus Experience tickets are $95 apiece and include all the benefits of the VIP Experience along with reserved section seating closest to the stage, an exclusive tour poster and more.
