CineCulture will present “Our Little Sister” at 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, in the Peters Education Center Auditorium at the Student Recreation Center (5010 N. Woodrow Ave.). Dr. Ed EmanuEl will lead the post-screening discussion. Directed by Hirokazu Kore-eda,”Our Little Sister” is based on and adapted from the “Umimachi Diary,” a popular “manga” or comic strip series in Japan. “Our Little Sister” is 2 hours and 8 minutes in length and is shown in Japanese with English subtitles.
