A drive to raise supplies or monetary donations for Jumpstart, a national nonprofit, literacy-based organization that helps enhance the learning of preschool students by pairing them up with Fresno State students, will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 31 and April 1.

Donations of new and gently used art and craft supplies can be dropped off at Caboodle Cartridge, 7773 N. First St. (First and Nees) in Fresno, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The supply drive is being conducted by Fresno State marketing students as a service-learning project with Jumpstart.

Art and craft supplies in need are construction paper, glue, crayons, paints, glitter, pencils, safety scissors etc. All donations will be used to provide resources to help Jumpstart and their ongoing efforts to assist preschool children.
