A report to the Fresno State Police Department on Jan. 19 about a sexual assault that allegedly occurred Jan. 17 on Bonadelle Avenue near Alamos Avenue off campus (south of Shaw) is still under investigation. Lt. Jennifer Curwick said the victim has decided to no longer cooperate with investigators but the department will continue to investigate and review the matter for a final determination.
