Fresno State’s 23rd Annual Red Wave Classic Junior Livestock Show will be Feb. 6 and 7 at the Big Fresno Fairgrounds. The entry deadline is Feb. 2. The California Junior Livestock Association-sanctioned show begins in the Caroele Boele Livestock Pavilion at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, with steer showmanship followed by the lamb and goat showmanship at 10 a.m. The steer, lamb and goat jackpot classes will follow the showmanship for each respective species. On Sunday, the heifer showmanship is at 9 a.m. followed by heifer breed shows. The hog showmanship begins at 10 a.m. and the event wraps up at 10 a.m. with the jackpot hog classes.
