Fresno State’s Los Danzantes de Aztlán presents “El Festival de Los Danzantes: Gala Concert” from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, March 19 at the Warnors Theatre (1400 Fulton Ave.). The festival runs March 18-20 on campus, except for the gala concert Saturday night in downtown Fresno. The concert’s featured dance performance comes from Ballet Folklorico Nacional De Mexico de Silvia Lozano. Dance companies from throughout California and Mexico will be accompanied live by the music of Los Hermanos Herrera — one of the premier bands of traditional Mexican music. The concert is the highlight of the festival, which includes three days of workshops for dancers of all ages. Tickets to the show are available for $13 at Arte Americas (1630 Van Ness Ave.) and Pepa’s Mexican Restaurant (6656 N Cedar Ave.). Tickets can also be purchased in advance at the Warnors Box Office (cash only) or at the door for $16. INFO: Los Danzantes de Aztlan de Fresno State or on their Facebook page.
