The President’s Commission on Human Relations and Equity and the Cross Cultural and Gender Center present “Conversations on Inclusion, Respect and Equity” from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, July 21, in the Thomas Building, Room 110. Fresno State officials want to hear from the campus about experiences involving inclusion, respect and equity and how these areas can be improved. The commission has sponsored similar events and created initiatives to foster acceptance and fairness at all levels of the University, including student panels, seminars and gender inclusive restrooms. This event is also part of the Dogs United movement to increase cross-cultural interaction among students, faculty and staff at Fresno State. Light lunch will be provided for attendees.
