Fresno State’s CineCulture film series will present “Together With You” (2002) at 5 p.m. Friday, April 21, in the Peters Educational Center Auditorium in the Student Recreation Center (west of the Save Mart Center). “Together With You” is in Mandarin with English subtitles, with a running time of 110 minutes. Director Kaige Chen composes a richly imagined film about love, ambition and destiny in China’s high-pressure world of classical music. Dr. Ed EmanuEl, Fresno State theatre arts professor emeritus, will lead the post-screening discussion. Parking is free after 4 p.m. on Fridays.
