Public attitudes toward marriage equality and other hot button issues will be discussed during a book presentation, “Listen, We Need to Talk,” by Menlo College political science professor Dr. Melissa R. Michelson, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, in Henry Madden Library (Room 2206). Michelson’s previous books include “Mobilizing Inclusion: Redefining Citizenship through Get-Out-The-Vote Campaigns” and “Living the Dream: New Immigration Policies and the Lives of Undocumented Latino Youth.” The free, public event is presented by the Department of Political Science and LGBT+ Allies Network.
