The Keyboard Concerts Series presents pianist Daniel Hsu at 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 10, in the Fresno State Concert Hall. Winner of the Bronze Medal at the 2017 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, this 19-year-old artist will present a program consisting of works by Schubert, Chopin, J.S. Bach/Busoni, Rachmaninoff, and Marc-André Hamelin’s Toccata on “L’homme armé.”A native of the San Francisco Bay area and currently a student at the famed Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, Hsu also won the bronze medal at the 2015 Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan and was named a Gilmore Young Artist in 2016.
