The Henry Madden Library will host the University’s first open access symposium from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Sept.14, in the Table Mountain Rancheria Reading Room. Open access provides an easy and cost-effective way for researchers to publish their work to the world. The symposium will include keynote speaker Charlotte Roh from the University of San Francisco, and four $1,500 mini-grants will be available to faculty who attend. The symposium is free and open to the public. Learn more and register at openaccess2018.library.fresnostate.edu
