CineCulture will present “Homeland” at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12. Homeland narrates the adventures of Farid, a 26-year old French law student, who travels to his father’s native Algeria because of a family emergency. Fresno State faculty Dr. Rose Marie Kuhn and Dr. Zoulikha Mouffak will lead a discussion following the film.

The screening is sponsored by the French Program, the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literature and L’Alliance Française de Fresno. The free screening will be held in the Peters Education Center Auditorium, west of Save Mart Center in the Student Recreation Center Building.

The film contains French and Arabic, with English subtitles. Parking is free after 4 p.m. on Fridays. CineCulture is a film series provided as a service to Fresno State students, faculty and staff, and the community.
