Experts from Fresno State and the United Nations University Institute for Environment and Human Security teamed up to create critical resources for understanding drought issues in the San Joaquin Valley.
They have released the first resource, “Timeline: California Water Rights: From the Feudal Age to 21st Century.” It traces California water rights back to the signing of the Magna Carta and the Feudal Age.
