The California Board of Registered Nursing will provide the public an opportunity to learn and discuss how nurses can maintain their licenses and ensure the highest quality of care from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Oct. 4, 5 and 6 at the DoubleTree Inn (2233 Ventura St.). Pilar De La Cruz-Reyes, the director of the Central California Center for Excellence in Nursing at Fresno State who was appointed to the nine-member board in 2015, said this is the first time the board will meet in the Valley.
