Superheroes get a chance to strut their stuff for the 5th annual Super Fun Super Run 5K at 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at Fresno State. Presented by the Sport Psychology Club, this unique event featuring runners dressed as their favorite superhero begins at 6:30 a.m. with registration at the South Gym on campus. A prize will be awarded to the best costume. The event is open to all ages, with pre-registration available online for $20. Same-day registration is available for $30 (check and cash only). Proceeds will benefit the Sport Psychology Club’s conferences and high-school camp, as well as Big Brother Big Sisters of Central California. The Sport Psychology Club, based in the Department of Kinesiology, focuses on professional development of students who are interested in sports-related careers.
