Fresno State students can take part in two “Get Out The Vote” events this week, the first from 10 a.m. to noon today (Nov. 7) at the Speakers Platform (north of the Madden library) where they can learn about the California propositions and how to get involved in the democratic process.

The Dutch Bros. Coffee Truck will be at the event offering free beverages to students. Presented by Associated Students, Inc. (ASI), the events promote voter education and celebrate the right to vote.

The second event will be from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 8, in The Pit (lower level of the University Student Union), during which students are encouraged to wear the “I Voted” obtained at precincts where they vote.
