Fresno State will observe Constitution Day with a forum from 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept.17, in the Satellite Student Union. A panel of three professors will discuss “Presidents, Foreign Policy and the U.S. Role in International Conflict” at the free, public event co-sponsored by the Department of Political Science, the College of Social Science and Student Affairs.
