The community is invited to hear one of the world’s foremost scholars in the field of the Armenian genocide, Dr. Taner Akçam, speak at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 15, at the Satellite Student Union. In his talk, “The Denial of the Armenian Genocide and the Killing Letter of Talat Pasha”, Akçam will present his new book “The Killing Order” and discuss his recent research in the area of the Armenian genocide.
Akçam’s book will be on sale for $40 at the presentation. Admission is free and parking is free in lots P15 and P6. The talk is co-sponsored by the Knights of Vartan, Yeprad Lodge.
